Are you an experienced engineer with a strong background in the rail sector and expertise in both mechanical and electrical engineering? Total Rail and Construction are seeking a dedicatedM&E Construction Contractor Responsible Engineerto join our team and oversee key rail projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical aspects of rail projects, ensuring effective design, execution, and quality control.
• Oversee bothmechanical and electrical engineeringcomponents of M&E rail projects.
• Ensure compliance with rail-specific standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Provide expert guidance on technical issues, ensuring rail projects are delivered on time and within specification.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Travel across the UK as required to support various rail projects.

Requirements:

• Strong background in the rail industry with proven experience inmechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of rail regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• Ability to manage complex rail projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence (travel required).
