Experience & Qualifications: " Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role. " Will have a strong background working within a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, working hands on as a surveyor / analyst. " Excellent knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. " Able to confidently use TEAMS / TRACKER systems. " Excellent organisational skills. The Role:" Working on Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing and Healthcare sites. " Carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys. " 4 stage clearance, smoke, leak, background, reassurance, re-occupation and personal air testing. " Sampling of suspected ACMs, ensuring to bag safely and label correctly prior to sending for analysis. " Carrying out visual inspections. " Producing certificates of re-occupation." Carrying out auditing of contractors on site. " Using industry recognised systems to produce detailed reports (TEAMS/ TRACKER) " Ensuring to work in line with relevant HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. " Continuing to build professional relationships with clients.
