Elevation Recruitment are currently working with a successful, Chesterfield based, manufacturing business who are in search of an experienced Sales Administrator to join their growing team.
As Sales Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing Sales orders
- Dealing with general Customer enquiries
- Expedition of orders – managing delivery documentation & arranging delivery
- Providing administration support to Key Accounts
- Building and maintaining relationship with customers
- Raising invoices
- Updating CRM system with customer data
Key skills of the Sales Administrator:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment
- Experience in a sales Administration
- Experience within Customer Service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organisation and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Decision making skills
- Excellent IT skills
