- Up to £28,500 per annum (Experience depending)

- You will act as the first point of contact for customers with product requirements
- Ensuring that all customers receive the highest quality service
- To ensure that all products supplied are 100% correct to the customer requirements
- Communicating clearly with customers via the telephone and sales counter
- To communicate current offers/promotions to the customer network
- Working closely with the logistics department to ensure that all parts are delivered when they are needed
- Strong background in motor factor sales experience
- This role would suit someone who has a genuine interest in the automotive industry and is happy to deliver a high standard of customer service
- Computer literate and possess basic IT skills
- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
