Pro-Found Recruitment are currently recruiting for a CNC Programmer based in Chesterfield, S43.
CNC Programmer Benefits:
- Salary 30k + DOE
- Hours: 40 per week - Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm & Fridays 8am to 2pm
- Location: Chesterfield, S43
- Standard pension after 3 months at 8% with optional input

CNC Programmer Duties:
- Programming, setting, and operating 3 Celoria sliding head machines.
- Producing components to required tolerances and quality standards, right first time
- Finishing components to the highest quality standards
- Identifying and recommending programme amendments to improve efficiency and/or quality
- Making authorised amendments to CNC programmes to meet component design requirements
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure components meet the required quality standards
CNC Programmer Criteria:
- The successful applicant must be a team player who can equally work on their own initiative, and meet the following criteria:
- Experienced CNC programmer, with experience of operating sliding head machines
- Experience of programming with Siemens controls will be beneficial
- Qualified through apprenticeship or HND
- Able to manufacture precision components from fully understanding engineering drawings in terms of tolerances, surface finish etc.
- Methodical and focused approach to work
- Focused on quality with high level of attention to detail
- Good team player
- Flexible approach to work
- Able to work well under pressure
