They currently have a huge order book and are looking to bolster their staff ready for a busy 2025.Position Summary: You will be put into the position of the workshop foreman / supervisor. The role consists of understanding complex technical drawings provided by clients, estimating job times and costs, then managing the fabrication from start to finish while getting hands on where needed. The jobs that will be worked on are generally large scale, they are also often complex and require a strong eye for detail. Example fabrications include large scale hoppers and pressure vessels.Candidate Requirements: * Proven Supervisory / Foreman experience* A very strong understanding of technical engineering drawings and diagrams* Ability to create cost / time estimates based on the abilities of the workforce and complexity of the job* Plating / fabrication experience
