Contracts Manager - a growing building contractor is searching for a Contracts Manager to join the expanding construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a company delivering award-winning projects ranging from 6m to 12m.

They have a full order book of work for 2025 and into 2026, and have plans to develop into commercial, industrial / logistics markets over the next 12 months.

The position would suit someone looking to make a 'real difference' to a growing business - working closely with the directors to grow deliver projects and improve operations.

This is an office-based role where you would liaise with clients, and the supply chain - visiting and supporting sites 1-2 days per week.

Requirements:
- Experience delivering D&B projects as a Contracts Manager
- Experience managing clients and project stakeholders
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Managing clients to ensure expectations are being met
- Ensure works are being delivered to programme
- Support site delivery teams across two sites
- Provide technical expertise for new tenders

Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of 70,000 - 80,000 (DOE)
- Company Car or Car Allowance (5,000)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Contracts Manager with a Tier 1 or a Tier 2 Contractor.
