Vermelo RPO is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a busy Talent Acquisition Team. You will be at the forefront of identifying, attracting and onboarding the best talent in the industry collaborating closely with Hinging Managers, developing creative sourcing strategies and ensuring a seamless candidates experience from start to finish.
What you'll do?
Engage : Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Innovate: Developer and execute creative sourcing techniques to attract talent
Evaluate: Screening, interview and assess applicants
Champion: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, guiding applicants through the process with professionalism and care.
You will have proven experience within an internaltalent acquisition or recruitment agency environment ideally within a fast-paced environment. This should be combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive approach to problem solving and a passion for talent acquisition.

This will be a hybrid role and will require two - three days per week working from home with the rest of the week spent at the client site. Ideally, you will be flexible on travel and willing to be on site in Chesterfield and Peterborough.
