Customer Accounts Coordinator – Chesterfield - £25,000 - £27,000Chase & Holland are excited to be working with an innovative globally recognised business based in Chesterfield, who are looking for a Customer Accounts Coordinator to join their international team on a fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave for 14-18 months.We are looking for someone with experience in administration and sales with excellent organisations skills. Customer Accounts Coordinator responsibilities:
  • Producing and supplying sales documentation
  • Liaising with international partners on projects
  • Monitoring product availability and liaise with all departments involved
  • Accurately process international orders, quotations, returns and proforma invoices
  • Ensuring international sales records are kept up to date
  • Ensuring customers are up to date with new product development, product changes and price changes
Required skills & experience:
  • Experience within a sales environment
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive with a “can do” attitude
  • Strong persistent and persuasive manner
  • Experience with international customers would be beneficial
