Internal Sales Executive

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for an internal sales executive to work join an ambitious sales team in Chesterfield.

This role is ideal for those who love to learn a product range and offer an advisory, solutions based sale to current and lapsed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong rapport with existing and potential customers, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Product knowledge: Learn and maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range and services to provide expert advice and solutions to customers
  • Up-selling and cross-selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
  • Quotations: Provide pricing information
  • Process orders: Manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
  • Customer support: Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide post-sale support to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively: Liaise with other internal departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure customer needs are met efficiently

Key Requirements:

  • Sales experience: Previous experience in an internal sales, telesales, or customer service role.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Product knowledge: A keen interest in learning about products and providing expert advice to customers.
