Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs and behavioral challenges? We are seeking a dedicated SEN & PRU Teaching Assistant to join our team, working with Key Stage 3-4 students to help them stay engaged in their education and achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one and small group support to Key Stage 3-4 students within a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting- Assist with tailored learning activities to keep students engaged and motivated- Implement and monitor individualized learning and behavioral plans- Build positive relationships with students, promoting social and emotional development- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure a supportive learning environmentRequirements:- Previous experience in a PRU or similar SEN environment preferred- Ability to adapt to different learning needs and behaviors effectively- Full UK driving license and access to your own car (essential for consideration)- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and resilience in challenging situations- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week)This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people in need of additional support.
