Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding part-time role? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly primary school on the outskirts of Chesterfield.

About the Role:
  • Position: Part-Time Teaching Assistant
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Contract: Fixed-term until July 2025
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting KS2 classes with general classroom activities
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
  • Assisting with learning interventions and differentiated tasks
  • Supporting the teacher in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
About You:
  • Experience working with SEND pupils is essential
  • Previous experience as a general classroom TA in a primary setting
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
