Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN), adapting your approach to suit individual learning styles.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers to identify strengths, challenges, and effective strategies for each student.
  • Create a positive, inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Develop open and effective communication with students and staff to build a strong support network.
  • Build meaningful relationships with students, guiding them to follow school rules and maintain a positive learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate the ability to work with diverse learning needs, adapt learning and provide tailored support
  • Previous experience within an education setting
  • An up to date DBS and two references are a requirement for this role
