Are you passionate about helping students and wanting to make a positive impact on their educational journeys?LTF Recruitment are very pleased to be offering an outstanding opportunity to work as a teaching assistant within one of our partner alternative provisions in Chesterfield. You will be joining a school dedicated to giving their support for all pupils.

Your duties will include: * Working with school staff to maintain good behaviour in class and during 1:1 sessions, and to monitor progress.* Quickly building strong working relationships with students, and act as a positive role model.* Plan and deliver interventions for students accessing additional SEND & SEMH support.* Set individual targets and monitor them closely to help design appropriate learning material.

The right candidate will:* Excellent communication and verbal skills.* A positive attitude and willingness to help students succeed.* Experience of working with children with challenging behaviour.* Must be able to drive to work.* The ability to work well in a team with other staff members.
