Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a Year 5 pupil with additional needs, including moderate learning difficulties.
About the Role:- Supporting a Year 5 pupil in all aspects of the curriculum.
- Delivering boosters and interventions outside of the mainstream classroom under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
- Collaborating with teaching staff and SEND specialists to ensure tailored support.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to supporting children with additional needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A commitment to inclusive education and helping every child reach their full potential.
