General Operative

Inspire Resourcing Ltd are working with a well established Engineeringcompany based in Chesterfield.

This is a full time time role working Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts)

Main activities/responsibilities/key tasks, including, but not limited to:

To carry out any of the following duties the appropriate training must be received and reflected in the employees training record:

• General operative duties including, but not limited to final inspection, packing of products Ensure the maximum output is achieved at all times
• Constantly monitor the quality of the product and advise any corrective actions necessary to maintain product specifications Work in compliance with related procedure, including product specific procedures, maintaining quality standards at all times
• Immediately report any quality problems to production supervision and liaise with them as necessary
• Raise and fill in all necessary documentation in line with divisional procedures
• Maintain performance and teamwork
• Work to Company procedures and policies Improvements:
• Ensure that all processes are run as efficiently as possible
• Make any suggestions as to improve the efficiently and effectiveness of the operation

Knowledge, skills & experience:

• Educated to GCSE Level
• Approximately 3 months relevant experience/3 months experience on the section
• Good knowledge of quality and procedures
• Interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to customer service
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, with excellent attention to detail

Hours: 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm Rotating
