Description
- Provide timely responses to machinery breakdowns.
- Maintain and repair industrial equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to solve technical issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to junior team members.
Profile
A successful Electrical Shift Engineer should have:
- An relevant qualification in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach towards health and safety.
- Strong ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to work in different shifts as per organisational needs.
