Description

  • Provide timely responses to machinery breakdowns.
  • Maintain and repair industrial equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to solve technical issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to junior team members.

Profile

A successful Electrical Shift Engineer should have:

  • An relevant qualification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach towards health and safety.
  • Strong ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to work in different shifts as per organisational needs.
