Morson are currently partnering with a national organisation who have a newly created role available for an Employee Relations Advisor.

This role has been created to focus on the North region covering 170 sites spanning across Yorkshire and Derbyshire. 

The ER Advisor will be home-based with occasional travel to sites in the region. 

Salary is circa £40,000 DOE and the role is full-time and permanent. 

Responsibilities:

  • To 'go-to' expert in all things Employee Relations for the northern region. 
  • Manage an ER caseload which will include cases varying in complexity.
  • Coach and support managers on wide range of ER matters.
  • Ensure employment law knowledge is up to date.
  • Take ownership of all administration associated with the cases you manage. 
  • Utilise HR data to identify trends and solutions. 
  • Support with a wide range of HR projects.

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience of working in a similar ER focussed role.
  • Proven experience of managing an ER caseload varying in complexity.
  • Strong employment law knowledge. 
  • Excellent relationship building skills. 
  • Demonstratable skills of conflict management and sound decision-making. 
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
