.Finance Director Part Time £competitive pro rated Salary and benefits My client is a leading professional services business in Chesterfield going from strength to strength. An experienced Finance Director is required to join the business on a part time basis 20 hours a week to provide key financial information on the performance of the organisation and work closely with the CEO. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing all financial operations and planning Co ordinate, analyse and report financial performance to the Senior leadership team and designated members Prepare short term financial forecasts for use within external management Oversight of the audit and tax functions , co-ordinate aviaries with outside audit firms and review financial performance Management development , implementation and maintenance of accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting Oversee the budget process and guide cross functional teams in creating, maintenance and reporting against financial goals. The Person You will have a proven track record of working in a senior finance role in your career to date and hold a CCAB accounting qualification Ideally you will have worked within professional service although this is not essential You will have a good understanding of financial reporting principles You will have strong analytical , presentation and influencing skills at senior / board level .
