- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 FTE
- Experience required: Minimum of 3 years
- Location: Chesterfields
- Job Type: Part time or full time (3-5 days a week)

This main duties of this role will include:
- Generating and summarising employee information to substantiate the claims for redundancy and benefits
- Preparing reports for in support of employment and pension claims
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering telephone calls and recording queries to be processed, scanning, copying, filing and uploading date to the CRM system.
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- It literate with excellent knowledge of Excel
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workloads
- Excellent telephone skills and the ability to respond positively and effectively to staff
- Team player
- Good attention to detail
- Knowledge or experience with company pensions is desirable but not essential.
