The Opportunity
Brilliant Part Time role, in the Chesterfield region. This will be so rewarding for the right person. It's that sweet spot of being 3 days per week but also being a role where you can add a ton of value and feel appreciated. Growth SME gunning down £10m turnover. New position giving you the relative freedom to implement robust controls, enhance existing reporting and MI --- ultimately to allow the business to make great decisions during the next phase of expansion. You'll be a sounding board to the directors for all things finance and a key contact for the external accountants. This would potentially be a super fit for a working parent (3 full days or 5 days of reduced hours) or someone looking for reduced hours to fit around other life commitments. Required:
- CIMA / ACCA / ACA.
- Experience as number1 in finance for a growth SME.
- Professional Services experience is ideal.
- Ace communication skills and ability to work with key stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Great analytical skills.
- Common sense and a calm, proactive & measured approach to solving problems!
