My client, a forward-thinking IFA firm that I’ve proudly worked with for several years, is offering an exceptional opportunity to join their growing team. As a Paraplanner, you’ll have a clear path to becoming a Technical Paraplanner, all while benefiting from equity in the business. This role is perfect for a driven professional eager to contribute to building a start-up from the ground up and enjoy the rewards that come with being part of a thriving organisation.

In this role, you’ll support advisors by preparing detailed financial reports and recommendations, conducting in-depth research on financial products, and assisting with tax mitigation, estate planning, pensions, and investment strategies. You’ll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals by providing independent and unbiased advice untethered to banks, insurance companies, or investment groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses based on client data.
  • Conduct thorough product research to support advisors in creating tailored financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with advisors to design long-term financial strategies addressing clients’ unique tax, investment, and estate planning needs.
  • Manage and update client files while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in client meetings and maintain strong communication to provide ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Financial Planning and have proven experience as a Paraplanner within an Independent Financial Adviser setting. A deep understanding of tax mitigation, investment solutions, estate planning, and compliance is essential. You’ll need strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment is also key.

In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary of up to £50k, plus performance-based bonuses, and the unique opportunity to gain equity in the company. You’ll be part of a supportive and innovative environment with clear career progression and opportunities for further professional development.

This is your chance to make a lasting impact while shaping the future of a growing IFA firm. If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, contact Joanna at Financial Divisions to learn more about this exciting opportunity.
