As a Paraplanner, you’ll become an essential part of the team, supporting advisors by preparing tailored financial reports, conducting detailed research on financial products, and contributing to solutions for tax mitigation, estate planning, pensions, and investment strategies. You’ll help clients achieve their financial goals by delivering independent, unbiased advice. Your day-to-day work will involve crafting bespoke financial analyses, researching cutting-edge products, collaborating on strategies for high-value clients, and maintaining compliance with FCA regulations. You’ll also play an active role in client meetings, building strong relationships and ensuring every detail is managed to perfection.
We’re looking for someone who brings more than just technical expertise to the table. You’ll hold a Diploma in Financial Planning and have proven experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA setting, with in-depth knowledge of tax planning, investments, estate planning, and compliance. But just as importantly, you’ll be someone who thrives on solving complex problems, values collaboration, and is excited about making a real difference. Your meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, and professional integrity will be key to your success in this role.
