Permanent Position

Sellick Partnership Ltd are partnering a housing association with the recruitment of a Damp and Mould Operative to join a their repairs and maintenance team on a permanent basis.

Daily duties of the Damp and Mould Operative consists of:

  • To remove any defictive decoration damaged by damp and mould
  • Wash, clean and treat areas that are affected by Damp and Mould
  • Take before and after photos of work carried out
  • Using the provided PPE
  • Undertake small elements of decorating

Essential Experience of the Damp and Mould Operative:

  • Possess a full UK drivers license
  • Be willing to undertake any necessary training
