Your new role:As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the project team, responsible for accurately estimating the costs of bespoke joinery projects. Your duties will include analysing project specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring that all estimates are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that all projects meet high standards of quality and client satisfaction.What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience as an estimator in the joinery or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of joinery materials, processes, and costs.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
