As the Junior Merchandiser, you will:

  • Get hands-on with product setup: Ensure everything is entered accurately into our internal system-details are key!
  • Work your magic on orders: Help the Merchandiser raise and send purchase orders to suppliers, all while hitting those deadlines like a pro.
  • Keep the shelves stocked: Manage daily replenishment orders to ensure our stores never run dry.
  • Review and recommend: Take a close look at retail stock levels and make suggestions to optimise assortment and stock availability.
  • Transfer pro: Review and action stock transfers between stores or back to the DC-making sure everything's in the right place.
  • Inventory superhero: Assist with retail stock take processes and keep our inventory system as accurate as possible.
  • Teamwork makes the dream work: Work closely with the Import Merchandiser on system updates and fixes.
  • Build solid relationships: Forge connections with retail teams and operations-because good communication is everything.
  • Lead the charge on best practices: Help streamline processes and introduce new ideas to keep the merchandising team and replenishment processes running smoothly.
  • Support the digital side: Assist the Merchandiser with eCommerce launch data and intake reporting-helping to keep both online and in-store on point.
  • Flex your reporting skills: Help out with ad-hoc reporting to support key retail decisions.
