We’re working with a well-regarded IFA firm who are part of a network of IFAs who are based all around the country, and are looking to recruit a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner for a newly created, centralised role.Due to ongoing growth, this position will provide paraplanning support to a number of firms under their umbrella, and is suitable either for candidates who wish to develop their skills as career Paraplanners, or those who wish to eventually enter the world of Advisory.

Key Details:

This is a newly created position for a Centralised Paraplanner, based near the M1 motorway, making it easily commutable from Chesterfield, Sheffield, and the surrounding areas. The role offers a hybrid working pattern, with approximately two days per week in the office if needed.You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, which includes a mix of experienced career paraplanners and aspiring advisers.

The Role:

  • Provide high-quality paraplanning support to a variety of IFA firms within the network
  • Work on a broad range of cases - no two days are the same
  • Join a growing team with a strong focus on collaboration and professional development
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on client circumstances and financial products
  • Prepare detailed suitability reports and recommendation letters
  • Assist with product comparisons and fund analysis
  • Support advisers with technical queries and case preparation
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and FCA regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Liaise with providers and clients as needed to support the advice process

What we’re Looking For:

  • Diploma-qualified (DipPFS or equivalent)
  • Experience in a paraplanning role within an IFA environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Able to manage a varied workload across multiple businesses
