Sonic Summary

Our client, a Fabrication Company with over 45 years of experience and ISO accreditations, is seeking experienced Plater/Fabricators in Chesterfield.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of plating experience and the ability to review engineering drawings and perform plating activities.
The role involves working as part of a team to meet production deadlines while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
The salary starts at £17 per hour, with opportunities for overtime at a time-and-a-half rate.
Benefits include 25 days of annual holiday plus bank holidays, with expected working hours of 39 per week.

Our client are a Fabrication Company established for over 45 years and accredited to ISO9001, BS EN 1090-2 Exc 3 and BS EN3834-2. They are currently looking for experience plater/ Fabricators to join our team

Due to rapid expansion through current and new contracts our client are looking to recruit Permanent Plater/fabricators for their busy operation in Chesterfield.

Successful Candidates will be able to:

Review engineering drawings for parts to be fabricated
Perform Plating Activities
Work as part of a team to produce orders on time and within quality requirements
Ensure correct marking up of component parts.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed:
5 Years Plating experience (i.e. time-served)

Ability to work effectively, accurately and use own initiative

Good communicator at all levels
Knowledge of health and safety legislation
Experience within a medium heavy fabrication shop, working on Bridges, Gantries, Staircases and other fabrications up to 10+ton

Working HoursMonday to Thursday 7.00am to 4.00pm, Friday 7.00am to 12.00pm
