Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Rents Administrator to join an organisation based in Chesterfield on a permanent basis to provide an effective income collection service for customers in arrears.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Rents Administrator:
- Liaise with tenants regarding arrears
- Set up and amend direct debits in relation to arrears
- Provide support and advice to tenants
- Issue arrears letters for former tenants
- Liaise with third party agencies
Essential Requirements of the Rents Administrator:
- Previous experience within housing or related service
