Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Administrator to join an organisation on a permanent basis, to provide effective and efficient co-ordination for the Gas team.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator:

• Book repairs following inspections
• Maintain records of Housing Repairs
• Assist operative obtain access to properties
• Prepare and support the compliance team for audits
• Undertake a range of administrative tasks

Essential Requirements of the Repairs Administrator:

• IT Literate
