Elevation Recruitment are currently working with a Manufacturing Business in Chesterfield. The business is looking to expand their team with a Sales Administrator, who will be responsible for processing orders and providing support to both the Sales Team and Customers themselves.
Key duties of the Sales Administrator include:
- Assist the sales team by processing orders, quotes and returns, managing sales documentation
- Be the go-to person for customer queries and support, including calls and emails
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, recommending products, advising stock availability and providing order updates
- Proactively call customers to promote products and create new sales
Requirements of the Sales Administrator:
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Order processing experience
