Annapurna is recruiting a Sales Co-ordinator for a Global Manufacturing Organisation based in Sheffield. In this role, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing the company's sales objectives, ensuring a seamless order process, and enhancing the customer experience through strategic upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Actively reach out to customers to explore additional quoting opportunities, diving into specific needs, projects, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer goals.
  • Customer-Centric Sales Advocate: Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering a top-tier customer experience while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for products and services.
  • Maximizing Sales Potential: Proactively identify customer needs and recommend value-adding products or services to drive increased revenue and foster stronger customer relationships.
  • Ensuring Customer Success: Coordinate delivery timelines with product availability to meet customer expectations, keeping clients updated on any changes. Each interaction is an opportunity to build loyalty and boost sales.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A goal-oriented, positive attitude with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in providing outstanding customer service and driving sales growth, ideally within a global or technical environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with international customers and internal teams, along with an ability to spot sales opportunities.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying focused on sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
