Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Voids Manager on behalf of one of our Derbyshire based clients
Daily duties of the Voids Manager consist of:
- To be responsible for the delivery of all work required to bring empty homes up to the agreed lettable standard
- Carry out all management duties of the void DLO teams
- Be responsible for the delivery of voids works
- Manage the end-to-end repair process for voids, including information and data management, performance monitoring and reporting and financial management of the department
- Ensure all empty homes are managed effectively within the existing strategies
- Ensure contractors deliver works in compliance with the contract specification and that they adhere to all legislative and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for the delivery of all work required to bring empty homes up to the agreed lettable standard
Essential experience of the Voids Manager:
- Previous experience working within a managerial position
- Previously worked within Social Housing
- Hold a full UK Driver's License
