This is a temp-to-perm role, with the successful candidate transitioning to a permanent school contract after 12 working weeks with the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with challenging behaviour.
Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies and personalised learning plans.
Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement.
Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Requirements:
Must have experience working with SEN students or in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting.
Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach.
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle to ensure reliable commuting.
Commitment to full-time work and a long-term role.
