Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs and behavioral challenges? We are seeking a dedicated SEN & PRU Teaching Assistant to join our team, working with Key Stage 3-4 students to help them stay engaged in their education and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to Key Stage 3-4 students within a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting
- Assist with tailored learning activities to keep students engaged and motivated
- Implement and monitor individualized learning and behavioral plans
- Build positive relationships with students, promoting social and emotional development
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure a supportive learning environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a PRU or similar SEN environment preferred
- Ability to adapt to different learning needs and behaviors effectively
- Full UK driving license and access to your own car (essential for consideration)
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and resilience in challenging situations
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week)
