LTF Recruitment is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Chesterfield (S41).
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN), adapting your approach to suit individual learning styles.
- Collaborate closely with teachers to identify strengths, challenges, and effective strategies for each student.
- Create a positive, inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Develop open and effective communication with students and staff to build a strong support network.
- Build meaningful relationships with students, guiding them to follow school rules and maintain a positive learning experience.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate the ability to work with diverse learning needs, adapt learning and provide tailored support
- Previous experience within an education setting
- An up to date DBS and two references are a requirement for this role
