Job Duties:
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide support in conflict resolution
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Conduct training sessions on HR topics for staff members
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Chartered Membership of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)
  • Proven experience in an HR advisory role
