Job Duties:- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support in conflict resolution
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Conduct training sessions on HR topics for staff members
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Chartered Membership of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)
- Proven experience in an HR advisory role

Experience:Previous experience in an HR advisory role
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in HR software and systems
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources
- Experience working in a fast-paced HR environment
