Job Duties:

Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
Handle employee relations issues and provide support in conflict resolution
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Conduct training sessions on HR topics for staff members
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Human Resources or related field
Chartered Membership of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development)
Proven experience in an HR advisory role
