- Provide both remote and onsite IT support to clients across the UK and internationally.
- Work on a flexible rota: primarily Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues.
- Design, implement, and modify IT networks for new and existing systems.
- Operate and improve monitoring solutions to ensure system performance, security, and backups.
- Upgrade and replace network hardware where required.
- Maintain and develop IT systems for clients.
- A degree in an IT-related discipline (1st class or upper second) and/or certifications such as MCSE or MCP.
- At least 3 years experience in an IT engineering or support role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of issues until resolved.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear and concise English.
- A proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.
- Confidence in both independent and team-based working environments.
- A valid UK passport and driving license, with flexibility for occasional international travel.
- Additional language skills (German) - desirable
