This is an excellent opportunity to work with the latest technologies, advance your career, and gain exposure to diverse projects. With occasional international travel and a flexible work schedule, this role is ideal for a passionate and driven engineer.The Role
  • Provide both remote and onsite IT support to clients across the UK and internationally.
  • Work on a flexible rota: primarily Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional shifts.
  • Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues.
  • Design, implement, and modify IT networks for new and existing systems.
  • Operate and improve monitoring solutions to ensure system performance, security, and backups.
  • Upgrade and replace network hardware where required.
  • Maintain and develop IT systems for clients.
About You
  • A degree in an IT-related discipline (1st class or upper second) and/or certifications such as MCSE or MCP.
  • At least 3 years experience in an IT engineering or support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of issues until resolved.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear and concise English.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.
  • Confidence in both independent and team-based working environments.
  • A valid UK passport and driving license, with flexibility for occasional international travel.
  • Additional language skills (German) - desirable
