Due to continued growth, a global organisation supplying blue chip companies within the FMCG industry is actively seeking an Injection Moulding Technician to join their business.
In their cutting-edge automated facility, you will play a crucial role in maintaining seamless production by expertly setting machines and swiftly addressing any production challenges.
As Injection Moulding Technician your duties will include:
- Carrying out tool changes, colour changes and condition setting.
- Trouble shooting moulding issues.
- Basic machine maintenance.
- Conducting quality checks.
To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter, the ideal candidate will:
- Have worked in a plastic injection moulding environment as a Setter or Technician.
- Know how to set moulding machines, with some experience of setting from scratch.
- Be familiar with different types of moulding faults and issues, their causes and how to rectify the problem.
- Have experience of tool changing and carrying out basic machine maintenance.
