Parts Sales Advisor

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a long-standing client in the Chesterfieldarea who are looking to expand their team with a Parts Sales Advisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Sales Advisor to join a established team & would suit an individual with previous Sales or Administrationexperience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking parts for equipment.
  • Provide expert advice and product information to customers, helping them identify the parts they need.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of parts.
  • Order Management:
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of parts.
  • Monitor and follow up on backorders and ensure customers are kept informed about their order status.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory levels and product availability.
  • Work closely with the inventory team to manage stock levels and reorder parts as necessary.
  • Identify slow-moving stock and suggest strategies to increase sales of these items.
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Provide feedback to the Parts Sales Manager on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the overall goals of the sales team.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Stay updated with the latest product information, technical specifications, and industry trends.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
