- A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing, ideally gained in a fast-paced residential department, with New Build experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and IT skills, particularly when interacting with clients.
- The ability to manage a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and new builds (both freehold and leasehold), as well as registered and unregistered titles.
- Experience with shared ownership leases, right to buy, assents, severances of joint tenancies, and general property matters.
- Strong networking abilities and confidence in dealing with third-party suppliers, advisors, estate agents, and developers.
- Teamwork and supervision skills, with a strong focus on achieving results.
