Dealing with general queries, assisting with completions, conducting searches. Liaising with clients, solicitors and estate agents.About you:At least 1 year of experience in a similar role dealing in conveyancing. You will ideally have experience dealing with your own sales files. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and solicitors. The ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
