They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our legal operations in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills and gain valuable experience in the legal field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation.
  • Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the discovery process, including document review and summarization.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Law or a relevant field, or equivalent experience in a legal environment.
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
