 Role Overview: You’ll have the opportunity to lead a small Residential Property team from day one, with the exciting challenge of managing and expanding this team as our client continue to grow.   • Lead and mentor a thriving Residential Property team.
  • Provide technical support to junior team members.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of Residential Property transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Residential Property to drive the department’s growth and success.
  • Work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, highly organised, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
Person Specification: Our client is seeking experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or similar professional with at least 5+ years of post-qualification experience.You’ll need to be proficient with IT case management systems and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
