REED Engineering & Manufacturing are working with a leading Manufacturing company.

As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations and leadership team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and robust product to meet our customer demands. You will lead a diverse team across all functions, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure our products meet the highest standards for our customers.

Job Description
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the site operations.
  • Ensure the production of high-quality, products meet the highest standards
  • Oversee compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a leadership team across all functions, including production, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing and sales.
  • Represent the company in industry forums and with key stakeholders.

  • Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Director Leadership/ Business Management, in manufacturing discipline is essential
