Being part of the Operations Leadership Team and reporting to the Operations & Engineering Manager this is a fantastic opportunity to take on the responsibility of leading, guiding and managing the facility of this global manufacturing giant. Our client is looking for a Plant Manager to passionately manage and improve all departments including Production, Quality, Warehousing, Maintenance and HSE with constant collaboration between the executive team.

Your Role as a Plant Manager will include:

* Developing site business, department strategies and implementation of group initiatives

* Maintain a proactive culture of CI & best practice throughout the plant

* Site remains audit ready & in compliance with ISO standards, regulations, and statutory agencies.

* Collaborate with colleagues across the wider group on group wide initiatives

* Embed the Zero Harm culture initiative

The successful Plant Manager will need:

* Degree, Level 7/8 Engineering

* Experience at a Senior Management level in manufacturing

* Understand the operational and financial drivers of the industry

* Experience leading the sites Lean Management and Continuous Improvement initiatives

* Commutable to Chesterfield
