Are you a Production Manager or similar with a background working in a manufacturing facility or similar, looking for the opportunity to join a company that values employee training and are able to offer a senior position with varied responsibilities and access to a discretionary annual bonus to help boost earnings?
This family ran business are one of the UK's leading luxury lodge holiday parks, who manufacture the lodges that are available to be booked across both of their 5 star parks located in the Derbyshire Peak district. Currently seeking a new Production Manager for their Manufacturing site, to replace a long standing employee who is due to retire.
In this role, you'll oversee the smooth operation of production lines, manage a team of 50+, and have line managers reporting to you, driving performance and productivity of teams on site. The facility is able to manage up to 15 projects at once, typically building 8 lodges simultaneously, so expect a varied role as a senior figure on-site, looking for candidates with relevant backgorund dealing with similar responsibilities.
This role will be suited to a Production Manager or similar, with background being in manufacturing or construction environments or similar, looking for an Autonomous role as head of the department in a busy manufacturing facility, in a role with potential for a discretionary bonus to boost earnings.
The Role:
* Managing Production Teams
* Driving Projects to keep to schedule
* Helping keep projects in line with cost estimates
* Communicating with other teams in the business
* Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
