As a Primary Teacher, you will educate and nurture young learners, fostering their academic and social development. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assessing progress, and providing a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities of Primary Teacher:

Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons following the national curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child thrives.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance learning outcomes.
Encourage student engagement, curiosity, and independent learning.
Maintain classroom behaviour and pastoral care to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements of Primary Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience.
A strong passion for primary education and a commitment to student success.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to teaching.
Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
