Location: Chesterfield areaBand: 6Rate:- £32.89 - £35.02 per hour (Days)
- £39.89 - £40.12 per hour (Nights & Saturdays)
- Urgent Mental Health Assessments: Quickly assess young people in crisis, identifying immediate risks and needs.
- Risk Management Plans: Develop comprehensive risk management strategies, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
- Evidence-Based Interventions: Provide tailored, evidence-based interventions for young people and their families.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible care and outcomes for patients.
- Crisis Support: Offer expert crisis support and maintain continuity of care across various services to meet the ongoing needs of patients.
- NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN): Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- CAMHS or Crisis Mental Health Experience: Proven experience working in CAMHS or crisis intervention settings.
- Risk Assessment & Crisis Intervention Expertise: Strong practical knowledge in risk assessment and handling crisis situations.
- Flexibility: Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- 36 hours per week: 3 x 12-hour shifts, either from 08:00-20:00 or 10:00-22:00, including weekends.
- Initial Contract Duration: 3-6 months ongoing, with potential for extension based on need and performance.
